Pickup/Delivery Terms and Conditions for Rented Equipment
By using the equipment rental services from Numa Film (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you (the "Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between us and the Renter.
1. Personal Pickup
1.1 All rented equipment must be picked up personally by the Renter from our premises located at Calea Baciului 179B, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania.
1.2 Pickup is only possible after prior confirmation of the order by email from us and after signing a rental contract.
1.3 The Renter must present a valid ID, a power of attorney from the represented company, and a copy of the confirmation email at the time of equipment pickup.
2. Delivery with Technicians
2.1 If the rented equipment requires technical support for operation, delivery will be performed by our technicians.
2.2 The costs for delivery and technical support will be included in the rental fees and highlighted in the issued invoice.
2.3 Our technicians will ensure the proper setup and operation of the equipment at the location specified by the Renter.
3. Pickup and Delivery Schedule
3.1 Equipment pickup can be done during our working hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
3.2 Delivery of the equipment by our technicians will be based on availability and will be agreed upon with the Renter at the time of order confirmation.
4. Renter's Responsibility
4.1 The Renter is responsible for the safe transportation of the equipment from our premises to the usage location and for returning it in the same condition in which it was rented, except for normal wear and tear.
4.2 If the equipment is delivered by our technicians, the Renter must ensure access to the location and the necessary conditions for the installation and use of the equipment.
5. Returning the Equipment
5.1 The equipment must be returned to our premises at the date and time agreed upon in the rental agreement.
5.2 Late returns will incur additional charges calculated on a daily basis until the equipment is returned.
5.3 Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the Renter at the replacement cost.
